Organization: Littleton Business Association (“LBA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
1. Overview
The Littleton Business Association is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting local businesses in Littleton, Massachusetts.
Your membership dues and donations directly support community programs, networking events, and business development initiatives.
Because our services are community-based and primarily funded through memberships and contributions, all payments are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
2. Membership Dues
- All membership fees are non-refundable.
Memberships provide access to benefits, communications, and events beginning immediately upon payment. - If a member joins partway through the year, the full annual fee applies unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion or renewal campaign.
- If you experience a billing issue (such as duplicate charges or payment errors), please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of payment.
We will review and process refunds at our discretion.
3. Donations
- All donations are final and non-refundable.
As a nonprofit community organization, we rely on donations to fund local programs and events. - If you believe a donation was made in error or charged incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction so we can assist with corrections.
4. Event Registrations (if applicable)
If the association hosts paid events (luncheons, networking meetings, or sponsorships):
- Refunds for event tickets may be issued only if the event is canceled or rescheduled, or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
- Registrants may transfer their ticket or sponsorship to another member by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
5. Recurring Payments
If you are enrolled in automatic membership renewals through WooCommerce or Stripe:
- You may cancel your renewal at any time before the renewal date by contacting us or logging into your account on our website.
- Cancellations made after a renewal has processed are not eligible for a refund, but your membership will remain active through the paid period.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds (for duplicate payments, billing errors, or exceptions) will be:
- Issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processed within 7–10 business days once approved
All refunds will be handled through our payment providers:
- Stripe (Stripe Refund Policy)
- PayPal (PayPal Refund Policy)
